There was great excitement in the air when the students at Holy Cross International School learned of the Queen’s visit to their school. It was a very special day in January with parents, friends and family of the students who gathered to receive the Queen. Vinielle Acha-Morfaw who was invited by the Directors of the School, Mr and Mrs Ngu was equally thrilled to spend quality time with the staff and students of such a reputable educational institution in Cameroon. The School which prides itself in implementing leadership programs to the curriculum as well as a strong Christian foundation, had invited the Queen to speak to the Students about Leadership.
Queen Vinielle was joined by the School Principal and Leadership guru and Harvard University graduate Mr. Peter Ngu-Tayong from the United States for an extra-ordinary Leadership day and celebration of future Leaders at Holy Cross International School. The Queen encouraged the students to take their education very seriously and to realize that they are the future leaders of the nation. She urged them to be respectful and uphold strong Christian values.
