July 22 2017 another history was made, Minella Manjenu Patcha crowned Miss Cameroon USA 2017 at the beautiful Jay Hopkins Theater in Takoma Park Maryland. Minella graduated from Texas A&M University where she earned her BS degree in Geology and moved on the University of Arkansas where she also graduated with an MSc. She is heading to Medical School where she aspires to become a Dermatologist in the near future.
Minella is 26 years old was born and raised in the North West Region of Cameroon, Ntarikon, Mankon Bamenda. She attended St Bede’s Secondary School and St Augustine’s High School. Minella has a strong passion for Girl Child Education and this will continue to be her focus through out her reign as Miss Cameroon USA and beyond. She is looking forward to making a difference in the lives of under privileged girls in Cameroon.
